For anyone who's interested, I whipped up a little form so that you can see what your new water bill will look like after August. Feel free to email the link to your friends, family and co-workers.Make sure you try the form out with the "Water Usage" set at zero as well as your normal usage figure. It's an eye opener.
When I get a chance on Monday, I'll find out exactly what the Fixed Charges are for the various large users and add them into the spreadsheet as another variable.
