Something a little different

If you haven't been reading Doug Schmidt's blog from Afghanistan - Outside the Wire - you really should. His blogs offer the depth that a typical 30 second news report or 500 word newpaper article just can't touch. I hope to meet Doug when he returns to thank him for the outstanding job he's been doing since his arrival in Afghanistan.
